These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the JMBLZ platform ("Service"), a social search engine that allows users to search the web, pin, like, comment, save content to collections, and upload profile pictures. All content on JMBLZ is publicly crawled from the web. We do not store or host any user-uploaded content, aside from profile pictures. Content pinned, liked, commented on, or saved by users is stored temporarily for the user’s personal use on the platform.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of JMBLZ, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • You must be at least 13 years of age to use JMBLZ.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your account and activities comply with all applicable laws.

4. User-Generated Content

JMBLZ allows users to interact with publicly crawled web content by pinning, liking, commenting, and saving it to collections. By submitting content to the platform, you agree to the following:

  • You retain ownership of your content (such as comments, likes, and profile pictures).
  • You grant JMBLZ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating the platform.
  • You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of any content you submit.

Profile Pictures: You may upload a profile picture to represent yourself on JMBLZ. By uploading a profile picture, you grant JMBLZ the right to display and use it within the Service.

5. Prohibited Content and Behavior

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or inappropriate activities, including but not limited to:

  • Uploading or sharing content that is obscene, defamatory, or infringes upon the rights of others.
  • Engaging in activities that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair JMBLZ or interfere with other users' access to the Service.

JMBLZ reserves the right to remove any content or suspend or terminate the account of any user who violates these Terms.

JMBLZ does not store content uploaded by users, except for profile pictures. We do not track or store your personal search data. However, we may collect personal information such as your email address when you create an account.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, especially if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by following the account settings in your profile.

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, but any content you have pinned, liked, commented on, or saved may remain accessible to other users.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

JMBLZ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components.

In no event shall JMBLZ be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to the Terms
